Clinical Team Leader is awarded CMI management qualification.
Dave began the course whilst he was working for NWAS and after passing all modules went on to receive this prestigious award 12 months after starting. Dave says. "This award was a great achievement, and the course enabled me to gain my first step into management, and to manage more effectively within my current role".
