REMS initiates rescue protocol for trapped man
Two refuge lorries had collided trapping one of the drivers for 2hrs. REMS played a major part in the treatment of the casualties and worked alongside colleagues in the Fire and Ambulance services to stabilise the patient prior to evacuation. The scene was closed for over 3hrs and saw two air ambulances attend to assist.
