I have looked for many years and remain that there is no such thing as the perfect paramedic kit bag, i suppose much depends upon personal preferance the enviroment being worked in etc etc.
I have recently started using one of the PAX bags as an all inclusive paramedic carry all system. The bag holds all the usual kit plus a CD cylinder drugs module tubes lines etc. The build quality of the bag is impressive and it seems up to the task but it is very heavy as a result.

Here is the question

1. what bags do others use what do you find good etc
2. what ideas / tips hints to people have for weight reduction.

I have been using an advanced airway bag for several years now since I enrolled Nursing. It is less weight but durable enough to carry in some relevant things like l tubes and Laryngoscope, blades and among others. I am happy using it because it has flexible features which suits my needs.
